1. Make a blank Google Sheet, then open Extensions > Apps Script.
2. Clear the editor, tap Copy Apps Script below, paste it, and Save.
3. Run setup() once and approve Sheets/Drive access. It creates six data tabs — Daily Operations Log, Equipment Log, Damage Log, Fault Log, Driver List, and Archive — and setup() also runs the dashboard builder (buildDashboard) to generate the Dashboard tab.
4. Edit the Driver List tab as your active roster changes.
5. Deploy > New deployment > Web app. Execute as Me; choose the access level your organization approves. Copy the /exec URL.
6. Paste the URL below once, then tap Sync now. It is remembered on this device. Damage photos sync to a Drive folder created by the script.
7. In Apps Script, open Project Settings > Script Properties and add a property named TOKEN with a long random secret. Enter that same value in the Access token field below. Requests without the correct token are refused, so the token is the real gate regardless of the deployment access level.
